Position Overview: Cultural Insights Specialist
We are currently seeking a Cultural Insights Specialist to join our innovative team. This role requires an individual to analyze and interpret cultural trends to help inform our marketing strategies. As a Cultural Insights Specialist, you will conduct in-depth research into various cultural facets and contribute to the development of comprehensive, inclusive campaigns for our diverse client base.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize cultural intelligence to identify emerging trends and insights within diverse communities.
- Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to develop culturally relevant and inclusive marketing initiatives.
- Conduct primary and secondary research on multicultural audiences to drive effective campaign strategies.
- Provide expertise and guidance on cultural nuances and consumer behaviors for targeted advertising efforts.
- Develop and present insights that inform innovative marketing strategies to our clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Cultural Studies, or related field.
- Proven experience in cultural research, preferably within a marketing or advertising context.
- Strong familiarity with diverse cultural trends and a keen understanding of multicultural audiences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate cultural insights effectively.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated passion for and knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
