We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to join our team at Nortpalet, located in the beautiful region of Asturias, Spain. As a Sustainability Innovation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our commitment to environmental stewardship and resource efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

Research and develop innovative strategies to optimize resource consumption, waste reduction, and sustainable practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor sustainability initiatives.
Analyze energy usage, environmental impact, and regulatory compliance to drive continuous improvement.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to enhance our environmental performance.
Communicate and advocate for sustainable practices both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as environmental science, engineering, or sustainability.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sustainability projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends in environmental performance.
Excellent communication abilities to effectively convey complex sustainability concepts.
Proven track record of influencing and driving change towards sustainable practices.
