Your Role:

Lead and inspire a team of exceptional engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
Develop and execute engineering strategies to drive product development, performance, and quality.
Cultivate and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, fostering a network that fuels growth and innovation.
Champion breakthrough technologies, ensuring Avio Aero remains at the forefront of engineering excellence.

Your Profile:

Proven leadership experience within technically complex environments, ideally within high-tech manufacturing or precision engineering.
Deep expertise in driving engineering excellence, ideally within the realm of mechanical or aerospace engineering.
A track record of delivering innovative solutions and driving transformational change.
A strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans, while inspiring and empowering others to follow.
Exceptional communication skills and an ability to engage, influence, and build strong relationships at all levels.
