We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as an Opportunity Development Associate. This position will involve engaging with diverse communities and advocating for justice through various channels. As an Opportunity Development Associate, you will play a key role in relationship building, outreach, and the development of support networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate relationships with potential supporters within the community
Contribute to outreach programs and initiatives aimed at fostering awareness and engagement
Participate in the development and execution of fundraising strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful communication materials
Assist in the planning and execution of events, workshops, and community engagements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated passion for social justice and advocacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and analytical abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Experience in community engagement or outreach is a plus
