Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and execute engaging and immersive experiences for our customers, leveraging the essence of lifestyle and adventure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to infuse excitement and energy into our customer touchpoints, including in-flight experiences, event activations, and partnerships.
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in the realm of customer experience, bringing fresh perspectives to continually enhance our offerings.
Proactively seek out partnerships and collaborations within the travel and lifestyle spaces to enrich our brand's story and presence.
Curate and maintain a network of influencers and partners to develop authentic, compelling experiences for our customers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
Proven experience in creating remarkable customer experiences within the travel, lifestyle, or related industry.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively, strategically, and tactically to drive impactful initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
A passion for adventure, exploration, and the discovery of new experiences.
