Are you passionate about nurturing and caring for our wonderful companions of nature? Pasetti Vini is in search of a dedicated individual to join our team as a Nature Companion Specialist. This role presents a unique opportunity to work within a renowned winery nestled in the idyllic landscapes of Abruzzo, Italy.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement holistic well-being programs for our nature companions
Work closely with our vineyard and winery teams to ensure the health and happiness of our animal community
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing the ethical treatment of our natural companions
Collaborate on innovative projects to enhance the interaction between our natural companions and our winemaking process
Contribute to the development of educational initiatives for visitors interested in understanding our approach to harmonizing viticulture and wildlife

Requirements:

Prior experience working with nature companions in a sanctuary, rescue center, or similar setting
A genuine passion for cultivating a positive and nurturing environment for animals
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders both inside and outside the company
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
An academic background or professional qualification related to animal welfare or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
