We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Specialist with a passion for rural and agricultural properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring property maintenance, conducting site visits, managing tenant relationships, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. The role involves a strong focus on customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork within our dynamic office setting.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of rural and agricultural properties, including tenant relations and property maintenance.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of properties.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and improvements.
Handle tenant inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist in the development and implementation of property management strategies.
Work collaboratively with the team to support various real estate initiatives.
Provide administrative support and maintain accurate property records.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management or related fields is preferred.
Knowledge of rural and agricultural property management is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office applications.
