We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team at Arteche, based in the heart of the Basque Country. As a Senior Project Manager in Infrastructure Development, you will lead and coordinate complex real estate development projects, ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial planning to final implementation, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and collaborate closely with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
- Provide clear and timely communication to all project stakeholders, including regular progress updates and issue resolution.
- Continuously assess project performance and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the infrastructure development sector.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive project teams towards successful project completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
