We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team at Arteche, based in the heart of the Basque Country. As a Senior Project Manager in Infrastructure Development, you will lead and coordinate complex real estate development projects, ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial planning to final implementation, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage and collaborate closely with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
Provide clear and timely communication to all project stakeholders, including regular progress updates and issue resolution.
Continuously assess project performance and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the infrastructure development sector.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive project teams towards successful project completion.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
