As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our operations adhere to all applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and interpreting laws and regulations affecting the pharmaceutical industry
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate regulatory compliance into business processes
- Developing and maintaining compliance programs and policies
- Conducting internal audits and assessments to identify and address compliance issues
- Advising on compliance matters related to product development, marketing, and distribution
- Keeping abreast of regulatory developments and providing proactive guidance to the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and other relevant requirements
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of effectively managing compliance issues and implementing solutions
