As a Performance Enhancement Specialist at Fortuna Sittard, you will take a key role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge training methodologies aimed at maximizing player performance, injury prevention, and overall fitness. You will work closely with our elite athletes, coaching staff, and sports science team to drive excellence in player conditioning, recovery, and injury rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in advanced performance training techniques, sports science, and athlete development. You should have a deep understanding of the nuances of physical conditioning, strength training, nutrition, and recovery strategies within a professional sports environment. Additionally, a passion for innovation and a proven track record of leveraging technology to enhance athletic performance is essential.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Science, Human Performance, Kinesiology, or related field
Professional certification or accreditation in sports performance or related discipline
Demonstrated experience working with athletes at a high level of competition
Proficiency in data analysis and integration of technology in performance assessment
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
