Responsibilities:

Research, identify, and implement sustainable and innovative materials in our production processes
Collaborate with design and production teams to integrate eco-friendly materials without compromising product quality
Lead initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainable practices within our workshop
Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to sustainable materials and processes
Provide guidance and training to team members on the use and benefits of sustainable materials

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Demonstrable experience working with sustainable materials in a production environment
Strong understanding of environmental practices and regulations
Passion for eco-friendly and sustainable initiatives
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Proven ability to drive change and implement sustainable solutions
Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken, is a plus
