Hello and welcome to Cloetta Östergötlands län! At Cloetta, we prioritize diversity, inclusion, and a multicultural approach in everything we do. We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Multicultural Education and Inclusivity Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement diversity-focused education and training programs for employees
Create and deliver workshops and seminars on multicultural awareness, inclusion, and sensitivity
Collaborate with various departments to integrate diversity and multicultural perspectives into our organizational culture
Research and stay updated on best practices and trends in multicultural education and inclusivity
Provide guidance and expertise to management on diversity and inclusion initiatives
Evaluate the impact of educational programs and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Sociology, Cross-Cultural Studies, Human Resources)
Proven experience in developing and delivering diversity and inclusion training programs
Strong understanding of multicultural education and its relevance to corporate environments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of colleagues and stakeholders
Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
