ScottishPower is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Visionary Land Steward to help drive sustainable development in our unique environment. As part of the Agriculture/Rural team, the ideal candidate will be tasked with managing and optimizing land use, while nurturing positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead initiatives to enhance biodiversity and promote sustainable agricultural practices.
Collaborate with local farmers and residents to foster a harmonious relationship with the land.
Implement innovative strategies for maximizing land productivity while preserving its natural beauty.
Champion environmental conservation and identify opportunities for renewable energy development.
Facilitate the integration of new technology to streamline agricultural operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, or related field.
Proven experience in land management, with a focus on sustainability and community engagement.
Strong understanding of agricultural practices, ecological systems, and environmental regulations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership in driving positive change and a commitment to environmental stewardship.
