We are currently seeking a Heritage Experience Specialist to enhance our visitors' museum journey, bringing together the rich history and cultural artifacts within our museum. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for heritage and storytelling while utilizing innovative techniques to captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging strategies to promote historical artifacts and museum products.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring visitors have an immersive and memorable experience.
Conduct sales transactions, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing retail environment.
Collaborate with the Curatorial and Education teams to enhance the overall visitor experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and participate in training sessions related to museum retail and visitor engagement.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a cultural institution, museum, or related field.
Passion for history, art, and cultural heritage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
