The Role

As a Performance Specialist at Nordlaks AS, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing the physical and mental performance of our personnel. Your role will involve closely working with our teams, developing tailored performance programs, and fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Designing and implementing performance improvement strategies
Conducting fitness assessments and providing personalized coaching
Developing and coordinating specialized training programs
Collaborating with other departments to integrate performance initiatives
Evaluating and monitoring individual and team performance

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
Proven experience in performance enhancement or related areas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for continuous learning and development
Relevant certifications are a strong advantage
