We are seeking a Cultural Experience Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring that all our guests experience the utmost in cultural connection and seamless transportation logistics without directly managing transportation services. As a company deeply committed to diversity and multi-cultural experiences, this role will involve orchestrating the various aspects of our guests' cultural interactions, managing the smooth transition between activities, and implementing inclusive practices throughout their journey.

Responsibilities:

Develop inclusive and diverse cultural experiences for a wide range of customers
Coordinate and organize cultural events, activities, and transportation transitions for guests
Integrate diverse perspectives and practices into the guest experience
Collaborate with local transportation partners to ensure smooth guest transitions
Implement strategies to enhance the inclusivity and cultural understanding of our guests
Conduct regular assessments to improve the overall cultural experience for our guests

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in cultural event coordination or related roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Passionate advocate for diversity and inclusivity
Fluency in English and Italian, additional languages a plus
Understanding and respect for diverse cultural norms and customs
Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
