As an Adventure Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and enhancing the tourism industry in Louisville, Kentucky. Your passion for adventure and your ability to create unique and thrilling experiences will be the driving force behind attracting tourists from all over the world.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate adventure-based itineraries and activities for tourists
- Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to create partnerships and enhance the adventure tourism offerings
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of tourists during their adventure experiences
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from tourists
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into adventure tourism initiatives
Requirements:
- Passion for adventure and a deep understanding of the tourism industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
