Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth data analysis within the diverse landscape of correctional facilities and justice services.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Utilize statistical methodologies and predictive modeling to forecast industry trends and patterns.
Translate complex data into compelling visual narratives and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in statistical tools such as R, Python, or SAS for data analysis and visualization.
Proven track record of applying statistical techniques in a business, research, or applied setting.
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
