Position: Wellness Program Coordinator

As the Wellness Program Coordinator at Sunrise Renewable Energy, you will be responsible for organizing and promoting various health and wellness initiatives within our company. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to encourage employee engagement in physical activities, mindfulness practices, and overall well-being. You will also collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute fitness events, workshops, and seminars, fostering a culture of health and vitality among our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and coordinate fitness programs that cater to employees' diverse interests and fitness levels.
Organize wellness challenges, team sports activities, and fitness competitions to enhance camaraderie among staff members.
Work closely with external fitness partners and vendors to provide on-site fitness classes and resources.
Develop and manage a wellness budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs through feedback and data analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience in organizing sports, fitness, or wellness-related events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire others towards improved health and wellness.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
