Position: Sustainable Resource Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Sustainable Resource Coordinator who will play a key role in furthering our mission of sustainable agriculture and rural development. As part of our multi-faceted team, the Sustainable Resource Coordinator at Cabot Creamery will be dedicated to implementing and enhancing sustainable practices within our farming network, ensuring environmental responsibility and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate sustainable practices among our farming partners
Monitor and assess environmental impact and resource management
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to optimize sustainability initiatives
Educate and advise on best practices related to sustainable agriculture

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, or related field
Experience in sustainable resource management or related agricultural roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for environmental sustainability and fostering community growth
