We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced individual to take on the role of Wellness Experience Manager. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programs and events for patients, staff, and the local community
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and external partners to organize sports and leisure activities
- Manage the hospital's fitness and recreational facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all
- Oversee the promotion of wellness programs through various channels including social media, newsletters, and community outreach
- Continuously assess and improve the overall wellness experience offered by the hospital
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing wellness or fitness programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Passion for promoting a healthy and active lifestyle
