We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced individual to take on the role of Wellness Experience Manager. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement wellness programs and events for patients, staff, and the local community
Coordinate with healthcare professionals and external partners to organize sports and leisure activities
Manage the hospital's fitness and recreational facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all
Oversee the promotion of wellness programs through various channels including social media, newsletters, and community outreach
Continuously assess and improve the overall wellness experience offered by the hospital

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Proven experience in managing wellness or fitness programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Passion for promoting a healthy and active lifestyle
