Job Summary:
Lugnviksbadet is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Aquatic Amenity Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests and members of our aquatic amenities. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about aquatic recreation and customer safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine checks and inspections of aquatic facilities
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate and lead aquatic activities and events
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all patrons
- Participate in the training and development of staff in water safety and emergency response
- Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of aquatic amenities
Qualifications:
- Valid lifeguard certification and first aid training
- Proven experience in aquatic facility management or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for all customers
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
