- Coordinate and organize various guest experiences and activities
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Contribute to the creation of innovative packages and experiences
- Assist in maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel
- Be an ambassador for the hotel's brand and values
- Think creatively to enhance our guests' overall stay

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
