As part of our team, you'll be responsible for pioneering new methodologies, researching and developing breakthrough brewing techniques, and experimenting with novel ingredients to create truly unique and exciting flavors for our discerning consumers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, a natural curiosity, and an innovative mindset. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving projects from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate a diverse range of brewing experiments and trials
Explore new ingredients and technologies to enhance brewing processes
Analyze and interpret experimental data to inform brewing decisions
Contribute to the development of innovative brewing strategies
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inspire new ideas
Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to implement successful findings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
2+ years of experience in a research or innovation-focused role within the food and beverage industry
Proven track record of experimentation and innovation in a laboratory or production environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Passion for craft brewing and an understanding of flavor profiles
