We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the position of Artisanal Experience Coordinator.

About the Role:

As an Artisanal Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for curating and delivering immersive, cultural experiences for our studio's visitors, ensuring that each guest enjoys an unforgettable and enriching exploration of our pottery craft.
In this role, you will collaborate with local tourism partners and cultural organizations to develop engaging programs, workshops, and interactive demonstrations that celebrate the art of pottery-making, offering guests a deep understanding of the region's artistic heritage.
Furthermore, you will oversee the coordination of group tours, private events, and educational sessions, working closely with our talented artisans to deliver a seamless and captivating experience for all participants.
Your efforts will contribute to an enhanced connection between our art, the local community, and the international visitors, fostering an environment of appreciation, learning, and cultural exchange.

Skills and Requirements:

Proven experience in tourism, hospitality, or related fields, coupled with a genuine passion for arts, culture, and authentic travel experiences.
An ability to communicate fluently in English and Italian is essential, while proficiency in other languages is a strong asset.
Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail, as well as the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring a smooth and seamless visitor experience.
A natural talent for building meaningful relationships, both within the team and with clientele, coupled with an enthusiastic and welcoming personality.
Demonstrated knowledge of Ligurian culture, history, and artistic heritage, with the ability to convey this knowledge effectively to diverse audiences.
