Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain production equipment to meet production targets
Monitor and control the manufacturing process to ensure product quality
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Contribute to a positive team culture by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
