Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production equipment to meet production targets
- Monitor and control the manufacturing process to ensure product quality
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Contribute to a positive team culture by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role

- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
