We are seeking a passionate and experienced Multicultural Farming Specialist to join our team at Värmland Nature Conservation Society in Värmlands län, Sweden. As a Multicultural Farming Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting sustainable and diverse agricultural practices while fostering a multicultural and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative farming techniques that embrace diversity and promote sustainable agriculture
Collaborate with local farmers to introduce multicultural crops and livestock
Provide guidance and support to farmers in implementing sustainable farming practices
Conduct research on multicultural farming methods and share findings with the team
Organize workshops and training sessions to educate farmers on multicultural farming techniques

Requirements:

Proven experience in agriculture, preferably with a focus on multicultural farming
Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
