We are seeking an individual who can translate this ethos into the digital sphere, leveraging their expertise to help us build and nurture a vibrant, interactive online community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital community strategy that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives.
Act as a liaison between our brand and our online community, fostering meaningful interactions and managing engagement across various digital platforms.
Create and curate compelling content that resonates with our audience, driving conversation and encouraging participation.
Analyze community metrics and insights to continuously refine and optimize our digital community initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate community feedback into the development and improvement of our products and services.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our community strategies remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in community management, content creation, or a related field, ideally within the beverage industry.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster genuine connections in the digital space.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Passion for craft beer and dedication to promoting a culture of inclusivity, respect, and education within the community.
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
