Job Description:
- Oversee and ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
- Review and update company policies and procedures to align with legal standards
- Provide guidance and support to internal departments regarding legal and compliance matters
- Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to legal requirements
- Collaborate in the development and delivery of compliance training programs
- Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related field
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
