Job Description:

Oversee and ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
Review and update company policies and procedures to align with legal standards
Provide guidance and support to internal departments regarding legal and compliance matters
Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to legal requirements
Collaborate in the development and delivery of compliance training programs
Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field
2+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related field
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
