About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced leader to develop and implement innovative supply chain solutions. The chosen candidate will provide strategic direction, optimize efficiency, and enhance the overall performance of our supply chain operations. The role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, develop best practices, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement supply chain strategies to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Oversee the development and integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance supply chain efficiency and visibility.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction across the supply chain network.
- Build and nurture relationships with key partners and suppliers to ensure operational excellence and sustainability.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in progressively responsible supply chain leadership roles within the transportation, warehousing, or related industries.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain methodologies, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and drive change.
