At Ayuntamiento de Nájera, we are looking for a Community Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in enhancing our communication efforts and strengthening our community ties.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage the community
Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and press releases
Manage and maintain our online presence, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and promote upcoming events or initiatives
Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of our outreach efforts
Build and nurture relationships with local media outlets and influencers

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in community engagement, public relations, or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in social media management and content creation
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
