We are looking for an innovative and dynamic individual to join our team at UNICEF Kenya in Rift Valley. As a Rural Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sustainable and impactful agricultural initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative agricultural programs in rural communities
Work closely with local farmers and stakeholders to promote sustainable farming practices
Provide technical expertise on rural development projects
Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored solutions for rural communities
Collaborate with government agencies and NGOs to foster agricultural and rural development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in agriculture, environmental studies, or related field
Proven experience in rural development or agricultural projects
Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in rural communities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
