We are seeking a passionate and skilled Multimedia Production Specialist to join our team at Bismarck Public Schools. As a Multimedia Production Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative visual content, enhancing our media presence, and delivering high-quality productions that align with the values and goals of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and producing multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and animations for various platforms and projects
Collaborating with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual narratives
Utilizing industry-standard software and equipment to edit, enhance, and finalize multimedia projects
Managing and organizing media assets and maintaining a library of visual resources
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of our multimedia content
Ensuring that all produced content adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the professional standards of our organization
Contributing to the planning and execution of multimedia strategies for events, campaigns, and educational initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated proficiency in multimedia production, visual storytelling, and content creation
Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools
Strong understanding of media production processes, including shooting, editing, and post-production techniques
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics
Passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous learning in the multimedia production field
Experience working in an educational or related setting would be an advantage
