Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking professional to join our legal team as a Cultural Diversity and Inclusion Advocate within our Legal Affairs department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our legal initiatives and strategies embody our commitment to diversity and inclusivity. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's overall mission and make a meaningful impact within a multicultural setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the legal team to integrate diversity and inclusion principles into legal policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and expertise on cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in legal decision-making processes.
Develop and conduct training programs to promote diversity awareness and foster an inclusive work environment.
Review and assess the impact of legal actions on diverse communities and make recommendations for improvement.
Act as an advisor on legal matters related to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Stay informed about relevant legal developments and best practices in the diversity and inclusion field and integrate them into the company's legal framework.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in legal affairs or a related field with a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles.
Demonstrated knowledge of multicultural legal issues and an ability to apply this knowledge to practical legal contexts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven track record of developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within a legal or corporate setting.
Strong ethical standards and a commitment to upholding fairness and justice in all legal matters.
Fluency in English and German is highly preferred.
Legal qualifications and relevant certifications are an advantage.
