As the Wealth & Wellness Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and initiatives that promote both financial well-being and physical fitness within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and oversee financial education workshops, resources, and tools
Coordinate and manage employee assistance programs related to wealth management and financial planning
Develop strategies to enhance employee fitness and well-being through incentives and health-focused activities
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of prosperity and fitness
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wealth and wellness programs, making data-driven adjustments as necessary

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in wealth management, financial planning, or related areas
Previous involvement in developing and implementing corporate wellness or fitness programs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
