Russ Davis Wholesale is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Sustainable Solutions Specialist. This role involves developing and implementing sustainable initiatives that will positively impact our organization and the communities we serve.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for environmental conservation and an understanding of energy efficiency practices. As a Sustainable Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing eco-friendly practices, reducing our carbon footprint, and managing sustainability projects. Collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to promote sustainable solutions is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify environmentally friendly practices and technologies
Develop and implement strategies to increase energy efficiency and reduce waste
Evaluate and improve current sustainability initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to promote sustainable solutions
Stay informed about industry trends and regulations related to sustainability and environmental conservation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field
Proven experience in project management, environmental conservation, or sustainable practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to analyze data and develop actionable sustainability plans
Passion for environmental sustainability and energy conservation
Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
