As a Sustainable Innovation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to spearhead groundbreaking initiatives, ensuring that our distillery remains at the forefront of environmental conservation and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance energy conservation without compromising production output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and integrate sustainable technologies into our operations.
- Research and recommend renewable energy solutions to optimize our environmental impact.
- Continuously assess and improve our sustainability practices, setting benchmarks for ongoing improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing sustainable initiatives within a production or energy-related environment.
- Proficient understanding of renewable energy systems and their practical applications.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and drive change.
