As a Sustainable Innovation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to spearhead groundbreaking initiatives, ensuring that our distillery remains at the forefront of environmental conservation and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance energy conservation without compromising production output.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and integrate sustainable technologies into our operations.
Research and recommend renewable energy solutions to optimize our environmental impact.
Continuously assess and improve our sustainability practices, setting benchmarks for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in implementing sustainable initiatives within a production or energy-related environment.
Proficient understanding of renewable energy systems and their practical applications.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and drive change.
