Normandy Association of Performing Arts Advocates is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Flexible Lifestyle Advocate. At Normandy, we believe in the power of the arts to enrich lives and communities. As a Flexible Lifestyle Advocate, you will play a crucial role in promoting our mission and connecting with individuals who share our passion for the performing arts.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential supporters and patrons to promote our range of performing arts events and initiatives
Build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with community members and businesses
Contribute to the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive ticket sales and event attendance
Work collaboratively with our team to creatively showcase the value of the arts to a broader audience
Conduct research to identify potential partnership and sponsorship opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to individuals seeking information about our events, programs, and membership options
Engage in outreach, networking, and promotional activities to expand our audience and supporter base

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role or similar capacity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for the performing arts and a strong belief in their ability to inspire and unite communities
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, collaborative team
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative to drive results
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
