Sør-Trøndelag Fylkeskommune is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join our team as an Innovation Champion. As an integral part of our organization, you will be at the forefront of pioneering initiatives focused on enhancing our region's environmental sustainability and geological awareness.

Your Responsibilities:

Leading and developing innovative environmental strategies that align with our organization's goals.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to explore geologically sustainable projects.
Championing forward-looking solutions to environmental challenges.
Evaluating geological data to influence strategic decision-making.
Acting as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders to drive environmental and geological impact initiatives.
Continuously identifying and advocating for new opportunities through ongoing research and analysis in the field.

Your Profile:

A strong background in environmental management, geological study, or related fields.
Demonstrated leadership in driving innovative projects with a focus on sustainability.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex environmental and geological issues.
Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
An innovative and ambitious mindset coupled with the drive to make a meaningful impact.
A passion for exploring new ideas and the determination to convert them into actionable strategies.
