Outdoor Adventure Specialist Wanted!
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in Vadsø kommune, Norway. Do you have a passion for outdoor activities and a strong background in physical fitness? Are you enthusiastic about promoting an active and healthy lifestyle? If so, this opportunity is for you!
Job Description:
- Organize and lead outdoor expeditions and adventures for individuals and groups
- Develop and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals of our clients
- Provide guidance and support for participants during outdoor activities and fitness sessions
- Plan and execute engaging and challenging outdoor events, promoting a love for nature and physical fitness
- Collaborate with local organizations and businesses to enhance the outdoor adventure experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading outdoor activities or fitness programs
- Certification in outdoor leadership, wilderness first aid, or equivalent is an advantage
- Passion for promoting a healthy and active lifestyle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
