We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Aston Hotels & Resorts in beautiful Hawaii. As a Legal Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company's adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research and analysis of laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting our operations
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
Monitor and assess compliance risks and provide recommendations for mitigation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in various areas, such as contracts, employment, and intellectual property
Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
Conduct internal audits and investigations to identify potential compliance issues
Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in legal compliance or a similar role is preferred
