Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret changes in fishing laws and regulations
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
Coordinate with government agencies and legal counsel
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
Provide ongoing training and support to staff regarding legal compliance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in regulatory compliance or similar roles
