Role Overview:

As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in finding the perfect sports equipment, accessories, and apparel to match their needs. Your role will involve contributing to the overall success and growth of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service by passionately sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for sports and outdoor activities
Assist customers in finding the right products and gear to support their active lifestyle
Maintain a deep understanding of the products and brands we carry, and share that knowledge with customers
Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation for an enhanced shopping experience
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications:

Prior retail experience with a focus on sports or outdoor gear is preferred
Passion for and strong knowledge of sports and outdoor activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
