Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to develop and enhance outdoor recreation equipment
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the recreational equipment industry
- Provide technical expertise and support to our clients regarding our recreational products
- Contribute to the development of creative and engaging outdoor play concepts
- Participate in field testing and quality assurance of our products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in the design or development of outdoor recreation or play equipment
- Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations related to outdoor recreation equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Passion for outdoor activities and play
