Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to develop and enhance outdoor recreation equipment
Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the recreational equipment industry
Provide technical expertise and support to our clients regarding our recreational products
Contribute to the development of creative and engaging outdoor play concepts
Participate in field testing and quality assurance of our products

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in the design or development of outdoor recreation or play equipment
Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations related to outdoor recreation equipment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Passion for outdoor activities and play
