We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join Antwerp Fashion Group as a Sustainability and Protection Operations Manager. As a leading company in the fashion industry, we are committed to social responsibility and environmental consciousness.

Your role will involve overseeing and managing our sustainable protection operations. We are looking for someone with a strong background in safeguarding, risk management, and environmental protection, who can bring innovative solutions and strategies to ensure the safety and security of our operations across all aspects of our supply chain.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for environmental protection and sustainable security measures.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices.
Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation plans to protect our assets and resources.
Monitor and enhance security protocols to ensure the safety of our facilities and personnel.
Evaluate and optimize supply chain procedures to minimize environmental impact and enhance sustainability.
Lead and execute projects focused on sustainability and environmental protection within our operational processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management, Security Management, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sustainable protection strategies, preferably within the fashion industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of environmental regulations, risk management, and security best practices.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across departments to achieve company-wide sustainability and security goals.
Proven track record of driving positive change and implementing innovative solutions.
