We are looking for a driven and dedicated individual to join our team at Sjælland Agro Co-op as a Sustainability and Protection Officer. About the Role:

As a Sustainability and Protection Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing security measures for our facilities and operations. You will design and execute strategies to promote sustainability within our practices, ensuring that our activities align with environmental standards and regulations. In addition, you will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to develop and enhance our sustainability and protection initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard our assets
Monitor and assess environmental impact and sustainability efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability into daily operations
Stay up to date with industry standards and regulations related to sustainability and protection
Conduct risk assessments and proactively address potential security vulnerabilities
Advise on improvements and changes to enhance sustainability efforts
Lead internal training and awareness programs to promote a culture of responsibility and protection

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Security Management, or related field
Demonstrated experience in sustainability practices and environmental protection
Knowledge of security protocols and risk management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
