Your Role:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our gallery, interacting with visitors, providing information about current exhibitions, and ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit. Your engaging personality and passion for art will shine as you assist visitors in exploring the world of artistic expression.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with visitors in a friendly and informative manner
- Provide guidance on current exhibitions and artists
- Process art sales and merchandise transactions
- Maintain gallery cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field
- Passion for art and a keen interest in the local art community
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and special events
