We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Sustainable Development Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on initiatives that promote environmental conservation, renewable energy, and sustainable development within the Lappi region of Finland.

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with local and regional authorities to develop sustainable energy strategies
Identify and implement renewable energy projects to reduce carbon footprint
Conduct research on environmental policies and provide recommendations on sustainable practices
Engage with community stakeholders to raise awareness about sustainable development
Represent the organization at environmental conferences and meetings

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, or related field
Proven experience in project management with a focus on environmental sustainability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of energy conservation and environmental regulations
Passion for driving positive change and sustainable initiatives
