Key Responsibilities:

Develop and organize engaging health and wellness events and initiatives
Collaborate with local fitness communities and professionals to foster relationships
Create and implement fitness challenges and activities for employees
Manage and promote sports and recreational activities within the company
Oversee employee counseling services for health and fitness matters
Monitor and evaluate the overall effectiveness of health and wellness initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Proven track record of promoting health and wellness programs
Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the fitness industry
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Passionate about inspiring healthy lifestyles in the workplace
Experience in employee counseling and support services is a plus
