Position: Guest Experience Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to our valued guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance the guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events and special occasions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing situations
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Fluency in English and German
